Work Status Summary
Ready backlog
Pullable, not active
Issues labeled status::ready are available for a collaborator to start. They should not be read as work currently underway.
Active work
Only status::in-progress
A ticket is active only after it is moved to status::in-progress with a start comment and a clear safety boundary.
Completed work
Done means merged
Completed tickets should be closed with test evidence after the merge request lands and the pipeline passes.
Progress bars and summaries should keep ready backlog separate from active work so future tickets do not look like unfinished current tasks.
