What is OmniMint?

OmniMint is building personalized investing around packages of actively managed strategies. Your goals, risk preferences and cash needs guide the recommendation, with holdings, performance and planned trades visible in the app.

How does my allocation change with my life?

Update your profile when your circumstances change, or during your yearly review. The Allocator uses those details to assess suitable strategies and prepare an updated package for you to review.

Do I approve changes before they happen?

In the planned experience, you review your recommended strategy package and complete the required approval and disclosures before deployment. The strategies then trade within their authorized rules; you do not approve every individual trade. Ask Andi is available for clarification or new information.

Where does Ask Andi fit?

Ask Andi helps explain a recommendation when you have questions. If your conversation brings new information to light, the Allocator can use it to prepare a revised package. The retail experience is managed through the app and does not include a dedicated human advisor.

What does it cost?

The base subscription is $15 per month below $25,000 managed, or $20 at $25,000 and above. Progressive annual fees apply only to portions above $100,000: 0.35% through $250,000, 0.30% through $1 million, 0.25% through $4 million and 0.15% above $4 million. Optional add-ons cost $5 each per month. See the pricing breakdown.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

Tell us what you want to do and which accounts interest you. Your answers help us understand your needs and contact you as access opens. Joining is free: it does not open an investment account, move funds or authorize trading. Product-update emails are optional.

For advisors

Specialized agents prepare the work. Your firm stays in control.

What is the advisor platform?

A planned workspace for clients, strategies, analytics, compliance, marketing and meeting coordination. Specialized agents prepare and track the work, with Ask Andi available throughout the app to help you understand what is happening.

Can I use existing strategies or create my own?

Both. The planned workspace combines a strategy library with a guided creation workflow. New strategies move through testing and qualification before an authorized approver can make them available. Client-fit simulation is separate; approval does not automatically allocate client funds.

What can I see about an agent’s work?

The planned experience shows progress, findings, supporting information and the next action. Conversations and decisions remain available for review, so your team can understand how work reached its current state.

Who approves the work in an advisor firm?

Your firm’s authorized reviewers make the required decisions. A single-member RIA can hold the Approver role. Approving a strategy makes it eligible for use—it does not automatically allocate client money. Client approval and trading permissions remain separate.

Where can I compare advisor plans?

The advisor page explains the Solo, Growth and Firm plans, including monthly and implementation costs. Enterprise needs are handled through Contact. Explore advisor plans.

What should I tell you when I request access?

Tell us about your firm, team size and the work you most want help with. You can select multiple priorities, including client management, onboarding, strategies, compliance, marketing and meetings.
